Prepare in advance for 2023 tax filing
Hello, I need to know the (estimated) amount that I need to save in order to pay the penalties when I file my 2023 taxes. Last week I was laid off and unfortunately my pension was moved into a 403b so the withdrawal incurs the penalties and I need to understand the total amount and be prepared to pay the 10% and early withdrawal penalties when they are due. If there is time: do I need to liquidate my HSA funds after being laid off since I no longer have a HDHP? Thank you for your time. ~Robyn
